"The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our last time staying here it seems each time it is something new."

"This place is absolutely filthy, the lobby bathroom was locked and they did not have a key to unlock it, the men’s bathroom was horrendous, dried urine all over the toilets, no toilet paper and smelled disgusting. We left the paid room and had to stay somewhere else! The worst I have ever seen"

"Hotel rooms are getting old, apparently low maintenance. We found broken knobs on shower door and broken shelve on wall closet. Stains on sofa. Nothing major, all it needs is care and maintenance. Rooms are nice as always like Marriott standard."
