"It was really great! my husband and I were there for the weekend to see a concert. It in a fun popular area. The hotel is beautiful, clean, great food, fun. There is a club next door which is loud but just ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, unless you want to go out. SHOUT OUT to the staff and Daniel at the front desk who changed rooms for us, going above and beyond in a fully booked hotel. it is close to a bunch of stuff. We walked back from the Hollywood Palladium. Awesome! "
"This hotel is beautifully historic in so many amazing ways. And felt like it was historic but in a clean and upgraded way that still felt somewhat modern. The pool and cabana area felt like you were somewhere else entirely from the hustle and bustle of Main Street Hollywood Blvd.
We were upgraded to a balcony cabana room which was beautiful! Great amenities and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Friday night was a bit rough with the party at the pool but it runs between 8-12. Maybe consider that room if you need quiet or have a young family. As a couple it didn’t bother us. The hotel is in a grungy area of Hollywood. Close to the Chinese theatre, Dolby theatre, Dodgers Stadium,Universl Studios, Hollywood bowl and B train line which made getting around easy. Anything else was a shortish Uber away. But if going to the Forum,Sofi stadium or Rose Bowl this hotel is far and was costly to get too and from with Ride shares. "
