Facilities were really clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly. And breakfast was really nice too. I didn't have much time to venture into the city, but the hotel is right downtown.

The hotel is a good option - central and with most of what you might need. Breakfast was a little short on options for us, and the room was very hot (they did advertise we could have a fan so that is an option), but comfortable and clean.

Very clean, modern place. Within walking distance to great food options and historic downtown. Parking was about 2 blocks away - but hotel staff accompanied and showed us where to park safely. Breakfast was a lovely spread!

This hotel is very well situated to walk in Latacunga. We were there only one night before a 3 day hike and would recommend. Everything was clean and modern. We had a small plate of nuts and fruits in the room when we got there, which was nice. There are 2 things that could be improved: 1. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of options but only fruits for vegan. It would be nice to have nuts or bread without eggs as an additional option. 2. It was very warm in the room and we had to close the window since it smelled like food outside. They offer an option to bring you a portable fan/AC which is nice but it was very loud and noisy during the night. The next day the mentionned they have quieter units. The staff was great and overall would recommend.

This hotel is in the perfection location of Latacunga. Your close to it all. This hotel offers the friendliest staff and amazing food and the rooms are sparking clean yet comfortable for some much needed rest. Highly recommend!

Nice little place right in the middle of town! Rooms are on the small side but was fine for our one night stay on our way to Banos. Water pressure was amazing, but room was very warm- no ac and opening the windows left you very exposed- they’re tall with no screens. The hotel did provide a fan upon request, but wasn’t much help. Also, no hairdryer provided. Small restaurant on prem- was ok, nothing to write home about, but was convenient. There’s also a small cafe on prem where we purchased sandwiches for our car ride. They were Yum!! Overall, I’d recommend!

Soy cliente frecuente de la cadena Oro Verde pero en este caso no tiene nada que ver con el standard de un hotel Oro Verde. Habitaciones sin ventilación, sin espacio, hay mucho ruido en el hotel se escucha todo. No tiene nada que ver con un oro verde
