"I love this hotel. For a solo traveler, this was so helpful to me. It was close to everything esp to Piazza de Ferrari. Everything is walking distance and the hotel is like 5 star, very spacious and comfortable esp the pillows. I had a wonderful sleep as I go around town. Bonus: MINI Bar is free! The only hotel that serves FREE minibar of all the countries 58 of them, I’ve been!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and staying in a historic building gave the hotel some character. However, parking was quite inconvenient. It cost €35 per day, and the parking facility was located several hundred metres away from the hotel, which made arriving with luggage more difficult than expected. Overall, the room itself was fine, but the parking situation could definitely be improved."

"Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful.Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine but dinner was very very average. Overall a good stay for one night , useful airport transfer included and very good value for money. Will use again when flying from Genoa airport."

"The hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were so helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a cold buffet of cake, pastries etc and set me up for the day. The hotel very helpfully warned me that it is not in the tourist part of Genoa, and I would not advise walking around this particular area and the area is noisy but the hotel provide earplugs. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and I got taxis to the hotel and then into Genoa and it was fine. I would stay here again. "
