I asked for a deluxe and it was no microwave or fridge. The bathtub had red stuff in it and i decided to shower but when you run the water and lift the little metal thing for shower, only 3 strings of water comes out of shower head and the majority of water goes in bathtub

The hall carpeting is horrible - stained and secured with duct tape! I was given Room 109 in the basement (down a flight of stairs - window was 1/2 underground) probably because I got a better rate through Expedia. The hotel didn't seem to be full. The door's deadbolt worked, but the safety latch didn't work. THEN when I lost my internet connection at around 10 pm, the desk agent offered to move me to Room 110 directly across the hall. Earlier in the evening, I saw 2 people let themselves into that room (apparently, without the hotel agent's knowledge). The agent just kept saying "There's no one in that room." Like I imagined seeing the people go in while I was entering my room earlier in the evening! I declined moving to that room. THEN at around 4:30 am, I heard a lady come into Room 107 next to mine (with an internal connecting door). I was alarmed when hearing her trying to unlock that door to enter my room! Go see the hall rugs and these rooms for yourself!

We only stayed 5 minutes then left. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The whole room was covered in dust. Lamp shades were dented. Lamps were broken and missing bulbs. The cable TV was not connected. There were dents in the walls everywhere. It was disgusting. And we're fairly certain that the "tenants" were dealing drugs.

Online photos are a lie!! Room was filthy. Nail clippings on the floor. Stains absolutely everywhere! Cigarette burn hole in sheet. No comforter or blankets for the bed. A piece of toilet paper was in the bathroom vent to keep it on the wall. Tape holding the carport together in the halls. Stains on carpet everywhere. Hotel wreaked of marijuana ! Staff was nice.

we checked into our room and the first thing i noticed is it appeared that someone had tried to bust the door down before, the wood was cracked. also on the door there was blood! went over to check the beds and the sheets were stained and even had a footprint on them. went to the front desk to get clean sheets and out of the 4 he gave us 2 we’re clean and not stained. i wouldn’t recommend staying here. not clean and kinda sketchy.

The bedroom was so dirty. I am used to travel and have stayed in Hotels/Motels that were quite rundown but have never seem so much dirtyness. You could see that the bedroom has not been cleaned for a while. Towels and sheets had been changed but all the rest was left as other tenants would have left it. No hoovering, all surfaces (tables, bedside tables, TV stand....) were dirty with traces of food a&nd other things. Kitchen microwave and surfaces were dirty. Shower was dirty.......

I like the location of the hotel only and this hotel has a great potential if they update and the entire hotel!!! The hotel property is dusty, dirty, carpeting in .lobby is old dirty and ripped with open seems showing. A picture in my room had a rip in it. This property needs a quality control personal to take are of the property!! Of if their is one they are not doing their job!! Our beds seems clean but the pillows makes noise every time you move. I believe it is made of plastic wrapped? The entire wood planking flooring needs to be cleaned? The tile floor in the bathroom needs to be steamed cleaned to remove dirt stains? I believe they clean the floors but it needs to be cleaned better! I didn't feel clean walking barefooted in the hotel room. I like that the hotel didn't charged a high amount for dogs staying. Expedia should not recommend these kind of hotels to their customers!!! Felt like I got ripped off!!

The room i was given was dirty. Bathroom floor, shower and sheets all had visible dirt and stains. When I pulled back the bed sheets to look for bedbugs, I found blood on the matress cover. Not a stain but actual dried blood. I have asked for a refund but havent heard back. We ended up leaving after driving 10 hours and looking for a new room in the middle of the night with my two kids and two dogs.

I want to say this place was nice but it wasn't at least my room wasn't it looked nothing like the photos I got one of the bigger rooms with a jacuzzi tub and the tub was out of order and everything was just janky looking. I went to get a soda at the vending machine, they didn't take cards so I had to find whatever change I had left I barely had enough, I had to exchange 20 pennies for two dimes @ front desk, the girl was pretty rude to me. The machine ate two of my dimes, and when I notified the girl she said there was nothing she could do I asked her if she could spare $0.20 since that's all I had on me and she basically said go f yourself in other words of course, so I had to go out to my car in the cold with limited clothing on, as I was getting ready for bed. I went back and gave her extra change and told her to keep it for any other future guest that may need it. 😉

The hotel is in need of maintenance. Paint is bubbling in the lobby and room; the shower curtain rod was following off and the curtain would not stay closed, only a sheet on the bed no blanket or bed spread, and the pillows were small.

The HOT tub was cold. the carpet in the halls was wrinkled and dirty (almost gooey). the toilet was the smaller sized and did not flush properly. They had repaired water damage in the shower cieling that looked like a kid tried to smear playdough to cover it. The tub faucet was close to non functional. And what is this extra $30 charge when you arrive??? For the price it was tolerable.

Beware: Unsanitary and a Health Hazard.
This hotel should be shut down for health reasons. The first night the room was completely dirty and unclean from the dirt of the floor, animal dander, stains on the walls to the caked on dust in the ac vents holes in the bedsheets and stains on the towels. We had to check in to Another room because there was nothing available at the last minute. That room also was unclean, holes in the sheets, dirt in the shower and there was a musty smell in the room which affected my allergies and asthma. I would never stay here again because I also didn't get refund on the first night as requested even after taking photos and due to the inconvenience. This hotem also looks like it violates various health codes.
