It's ok. It was midnight when we checked in. At that time, three front desks were still chatting with the guests who checked in. I stood there with a child and seven or eight people were waiting to check in. Then we waited for nearly an hour, but the front desk just ignored you chatting, which made people feel bad!

Went to Vegas for my 50th bday the carpet in the room was dirty. My TV in my room was out for 4 days of my 5 night stay I will not use this hotel again. Love this hotel when it was SLS but this visit was not a pleasant stay. Also there was 2 guys wondering around the hotel with fake security shirts with no guest keys going up to floors very unsafe environment.

I had a rough time at the beginning with my room, the customer service is the worse I had in years, expect for the manager at the front desk Joshua, Dustin at the bar was the best of my stay. Jasmine at the pool was very kind. But besides that I would not come back for their service, really rude people. I didn’t get the room that i reserved but it was clean. All the people at the bellman area was nice.

I like the easy access to monorail was excellent I didnt like the bathroom dush design, its realy inconvenient, there is no fausets, is only one fixed dush to the wall and it doesnt have a flexible handle. I usually wash after toilet, here I couldnt, after every toilet i had to have complete bath I got sick, I went to pharmacy to get some medecine This affecting health for some people like me, because I have some health problem I complaint at hotel and asked to change the room, they said they all are same design At least make some roomswith flexible dush handle I really struggled with this And the medecines i got caused dairrheal for 3 days

No internet for most of our four day stay. The beds were old uncomfortable and tilting to one side. When we called to report the internet outsge, no one picked up even after 45 minutes of holding. Pool would stop guests at 6 pm. These people are not together.
