"The reception team were fantastic from start to end. Room was great, clean rooms every day, great pool party, range of eateries onsite. I have the property 5 stars but will share only one niggle which was being charged €15 for beds and umbrellas on the complex. Seems a bit much, But apart from that everything was 5* and we would have e no hesitation coming back."

The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen, and the decor and ambiance at all restaurants, including Coya Beach, are top-notch. Staff was very helpful throughout, with recommendations of events happening in the area, restaurant suggestions and reservations. One of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in years. Will definitely return."

"This was my third time staying here because I really love the location and the convenience of the all-inclusive option. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, as always. Unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked, which made the room pretty uncomfortable. I was also surprised that the shower had hand soap instead of actual body wash. I enjoy staying here and would come back, but I do think the room amenities and AC could use some attention."

"This is a lovely place just a few minutes walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. If there is any negative, I would say the pool is more for paddling than swimming. But who cares. DC10 is minutes away. Avoid the expense bars on the beach for dinner/lunch, jump in a cab and go into Ibiza Town for meals. Ask your driver where he eats lunch ."
