「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

「To much noises」

「La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. Las sabanas y las almohadas muy comodas, el cuarto tiene baño privado lo que es genial, tiene televisor, closet y aire...

「Great experience/Vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good as well, highly recommend Seaside Grills catch of the day, we can’t stop thinking about it! Only downside of this resort was there wasn’t a built in pool bar or people offering excursions, very calm resort. Other than that 10/10! Shout out to Jesus, Naileth and Luis who took great care of us and had the drinks flowing!」

「There was a roach in our room and a bunch of ants however the place was very spacious and has a great view of the ocean. There were a few really nice restaurants in the area and you could walk to the beach which was great. It was very safe and the staff was great」
