「Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc. The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality. The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will...

「Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. 」

「The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.」

「Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber, die Bedienungen/Rezeption freundlich, das Zimmer mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage war prima, ebenfalls das Bad und der Balkon, der Pool, da unbeheizt, war zu der Jahreszeit (März) zu kalt, hier wäre eine Heizung des Innenpools gut, die Lage zum Strand ist nicht weit, Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, dass Dorf und der Strand im Ort sind traumhaft, die Möglichkeit zu Wanderungen sind gegeben, der Naturpark ist wunderschön. 「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

「Checking in was quick and efficient and my room modern and airy. I was walking with a stick following an injury so happy that room was on first floor even though seaview not the best. Pool area was lovely and the lady on the pool bar was really nice. Went out at night so didnt experience hotel entertainment. The breakfast could have been more extensive in terms of selection but overall would revisit this hotel」

「awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up.」
