「We stayed at the Cavo Zoe in April and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is newly renovated, modern, well finished, clean and quiet. We had a sea view room, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of Protaras. All the staff was always super nice and friendly, very professional and always smiling, to them we owe a lot if our vacation was so good. 「We stayed with family for one night. Hotel is bit old and normal wear because of that. Pool areas are really nice, something for both kids and adults. Food was typical for all inclusive resort buffet, decent but nothing special. Service was great and very nice. They allowed us to stay at the pool and even have lunch after we checked out from the hotel.」

「We checked in very late and were unable to upgrade until the morning. A lovely lady called Natasha gave us the upgrade without charge. We decided to stay another night and she sorted that out too 」
