extremely friendly staff everywhere you go. First things first, the massage at the SPA was amazing, definitely recommend you go there. Rooms are pretty dated, could use an upgrade. Food was pretty good and the pool was nice as well. everyone was so friendly and service minded. 1 major negative thing is that since its a all inclusive hotel they like to have different shows at a scene every evening, this scene is located in the middle of the hotel and the sound coming from it is extremely loud, sometimes to as late as 23:15 in the evening. our room was as far away as possible from the scene and we would still be disturbed by it occasionaly.

This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!

Amazing hotel, everything was perfect, the staff is very kind, always ready to help. Very clean with a nice team of entertainers The food is really good, especially for all inclusive. We did appreciate a lot our stay and we will come back for sure !

Excellent Hotel!

One week family holiday at the Louis Althea Beach Resort and would definitely recommend it. Food: We went all inclusive and every meal was tasty and full of flavour. Lots of variety and good quality food. Staff: All very friendly and welcoming. Maria at the restaurant was exceptional with our little four year old. Fabio is a great entertainer throughout the day and especially at night, very funny and full of energy. Entertainment: There is a children's club which our little boy loved. Treasure hunts and face painting followed by ice creams and treats kept him happy! 3 decent sized swimming pools too.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. My only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked when your room key (with the fob attached for air conditioning) was in. Therefore the rooms were terribly hot and would take all night of you sleeping to feel vaguely cool. The air conditioning also didn’t feel that great tbh. However this hotel is great in all other aspects.

I cannot tell you how great this hotel was for us. We only spent 2 nights here but I wish we’d stayed for alot longer! The food was so lovely and the staff were literally like a 10star service. So polite friendly and just lively. I can’t even tell you. Not one staff member was rude or moody or anything. I have NEVER experienced this level of service anyway and I’ve been many 5 star hotels in the world. I will be returning again and please please visit. It’s so worth it! It’s not too hectic at all. It’s just perfect!

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut. Die beste Creme brulé die ich je gegessen habe. Durchs Band sehr freundliches Personal und geräumige Zimmer. Am Pool steht, dass alleine gelassene Reservierungs Badetücher um 8.30 Uhr weggenommen werden - und sie tun es auch super!

Set up really for self catering so amenities in bedroom were excellent with full size fridge. On AI there was no reason to use any of the other cstering facilties. Quality of food was excellent and all F and B staff were well trained and attentive. Location of hotel great with lovely bay and beach promenade in both directions. Main drawback was lack of evening ambience or bar area to sit and relax and chat. Animation was great for kids but absolutely awful for adults!

As an apart hotel, albeit we opted for the all inclusive, the kitchen in the room was very well equipped. The waiting staff were excellent. What let it down is the absence of anywhere to sit in the evening to relax with a drink. Guests are required to occupy the restaurant area and endure the annimation shows. The entertainment is of a very low quality. The , so called ,Variety Show on Thursday evening was woeful. Mime acts using guests with no talent and jumping around to recorded music is the poorest entertainment imaginable. When the audience has to be told to applaude there is clearly something wrong. We were there for 3 nights and every night the entertainment offer was dreadful. Spoils an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.

Ganz ok, aber Luft nach oben

Die Fotos und Kommentare, die wir vor unserer Reise gesehen haben, waren sehr vielversprechend, live sieht es dann doch etwas anders aus. Positiv ist das Personal, das durchgehend freundlich und bemüht ist und auch die Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel und auch sein Inventar ist schon etwas älter und abgenutzt, Sauberkeit ist ok. Das Essen ist reichlich und ok (nicht überragend). Es ist mehr ein Familienhotel als für Paare geeignet.

Στο μπαλκονι του δωματιου τοποθετηθηκε ξυλο κατω απο μια φωλια για να προστατευει το μπαλκονι απο τις ακαθαρσιες με σκοπο να μην καταστραφει η φωλια. Εξαιρετικη κινηση μπραβο!!!
