The property was clean and quiet, our room was spacious and to be truthful the rooms are old dated… the breakfast was basic international but all fresh and well cooked. Overall experience was good… if you have high standards and expectations this hotel isn’t for you. Location wise it’s on a very good spot !!!

Property is centrally placed and convenient for the town centre. The rooms are a little tired and a toaster would be a useful addition. The rooms were thoughly cleaned daily by helpful and amicable members of staff. I would recommend the hotel as a good base for anyone wanting to visit Larnaca.

The pool is big , a lot of sunbathing beds, the view on beach, bar, Hotel itself is literally from front door to the beach just straight walk 5min.. shops are near by, boutiques, restaurants, shish-a bars..rooms are bit dated but really spacious- Lika a full rental apartment, living room kitchen then separate bedroom and bathroom and balcony..

Great location. A few minutes away from the beach & central bus stop to get around to other cities or to the airport. I stayed at another hotel that was a 4 star, and the quality difference between hotels was noticeable. The staff here were all friendly & helpful, but the rooms are pretty outdated and wasn't fully cleaned.

Great location and rooftop pool

Hotel was well located and clean. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hotel’s location and rooftop pool. Hotel was quite outdated but everything was very clean and staff was friendly. We were able to check in 1 hour early. We bought hotel breakfast once during our stay it was 9,5€ and the selection was kind of mediocre. It was pretty basic hotel breakfast and for that the price was quite expensive. Mingle cafe close by sells breakfast deal for 15€ and it includes a lot of food and food felt lot fresher there.

It was good fater all

The facility looks to be a little bot old, but all was fine. I found it very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. I was denied access to the pool because of a private party, but after all, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool. I thought using the pool was part of the deal.

The property is in city centre so very close to shops and restaurants and walkable distance to beach. Spacious rooms and parking available. It is a old and very basic property so not happy with the price we paid for it. Getting into parking was also an issue which the management needs to sort out.

The appartment hotel is obviously dated and requires refurbishment. We were staying for ten nights and found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. Room servicing was carried out on daily basis and to our satisfaction. TV.Reception is limited to few local stations only. Internet access is weak and problematic. The location is ideal due to the proximity to the water front (Marina). All in all, we enjoyed our stay

The pool was great. The staff was kind. Internet was terrible. Amenities in the room were not even the bare minimum. No instruction regarding how to use the phone, turn on the lights, Breakfast was expensive for the small amount offered. The place is very dated but has potential. Common areas were very dark and drab, the apartment was very drab. My previous hotel experiences have been that there is a notebook of pamphlet of some kind that gives information on amenities and how-to's. I had to make several trips to the desk to figure it out.

The positives - the hotel was very conveniently situated near the beach, and the rooftop pool was a decent size, with a nice bar. Our room was large enough for a family, and the bed was comfortable. The negatives - Dated, grubby decor in the room, including ominous blood stains on the curtains. The wi-fi code only worked for one device at a time. They gave us another when we requested it, but it was a hassle to have to ask. Another hassle was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. When we asked about this, we were told that there were only three dryers at the hotel, and we had to wait for one to become available. We were going to a wedding so we really needed a dryer, otherwise we would have given up. We kept asking, and after more than 24 hours we finally got one, but we had to pay 20 euros deposit. We had to pay a similar deposit for a lock so we could use the safe. Honestly, what hotel doesn't have these basic amenities? What with this and the indifferent reception staff, we wouldn't recommend this place. Another point to note - the lift is very small. This didn't bother us, but we noticed another family with a wheelchair user, and it wasn't possible for anyone to accompany them in the lift (but they could not be left alone). This was very stressful for them, and something to bear in mind.
