The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Lovely hotel Very clean with friendly staff Typical buffet food but of a good standard with something for everyone. Only thing was it was full of noisy kids whos parents let them run amok in the dining area. This is not the hotels fault but they could enforce a rule no running in the dining areas. It would have been nice for couples without kids to be able to eat a meal without a 5 year old tearing around on the next table. Perhaps create family areas and adult areas there. Thr few coupleas we spoke to said the same lovely hotel but wouldnt go back because of that reason.

Empfang/Rezeption sehr freundlich/hilfsbereit, besonders Afina. Zimmerreinigung leider nur mäßig, Boden nicht (oder nicht erkennbar) gekehrt/gesaugt/gewischt, mehrfach mussten wir Handtücher anfordern, da diese zwar ausgetauscht aber nicht nachgelegt wurden. Hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Personal im Restaurant freundlich, Speisen eher eintönig und lauwarm (oder gar kalt). An sich sehr schöne Anlage, schöner Pool. Morgens großes Liegen reservieren, möchte gar nicht wissen wie das bei Full House im Sommer ist. Gute Staumöglickeit in den Zimmern.

Me and my kids were honored to be your very first guests for 2025, and what a wonderful experience it was! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by everyone — the friendly receptionist, the helpful gentleman who assisted with our luggage, Maria from guest relations, the two lovely Slovakian girls from the entertainment team, and all the amazing staff at the bar and restaurant. The accommodation was excellent — the pools, the rooms, everything was perfect. The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. A pesar de ser un hotel muy grande es tranquilo. Tiene 3 grandes piscinas. Puedes ir a pie a una pequeña playa, hay restaurantes cerca. Para ir a alguna playa más grande es necesario coche pero está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y todo está en perfectas condiciones. Lovely hotel in a nice quite area but just off the main road however could not hear traffic. The outside bar at the top of the hotel was superb and a lovely way to relax over a few cocktails. We ate in the a la carte restaurant and ate some of the best food I have ever eaten. Pool is fantastic, and parking every easy. Would stay here again and highly recommend

This hotel was just not for us. We only stayed one night on a trip around the island. The staff we encountered were really helpful and the room was clean. We wanted a snack in the evening but the hotel did not do bar food. The only choice was the main restaurant or the buffet. I was surprised there was no snack options in a hotel this size. One of the waiters, Georgio was outstanding in his service. The hotel had a lot of families with young children which made it quite noisy, especially at night time. There was football showing in the lobby bar and nowhere really comfortable to relax peacefully and enjoy a drink. I think this hotel would suit families very well, younger travellers who enjoy watching sports etc..

The hotel was lovely and well maintained. Modern rooms which can sometimes be hard to find in Cyprus. The only negative was that they don’t police individuals who reserve beds very early in the morning. We only managed to find a sunbed close to the pools on 1 of the days. A lot of the people staying will set up beds at 7-8am and bot use these beds for the majority of the day. Not once did I see staff removing towels when beds had been unattended for over 3 or 4 hours

New, clean and neat hotel with big swimming pools. Close to small cute beach. Convenient for exploring area around. Modern and comfy rooms. On the negative side: there was used men’s underwear in one of cupboard, AC is centrally controlled and set to 23C (that felt more like 24/25C) hence we did not have a good night sleep unfortunately as it was to hot in the room for us.
