「We arrived exhausted & ready to sleep only to open the door to a place that hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Sink had dirty dishes, trash was fun, beds unmade, dirty towels on floor, I can keep going but that’s the basics. It was 8pm ish so getting in touch with a real person presented a challenge but finally did. Cleaning crew wasn’t able to come clean that night, which was expected but we couldn’t stay there in that condition, we left and found a hotel, here we are 5 days later...

「The corridor of the hotel room is dim, the towels are not clean, and the facilities are old.」

「This Best Western has a great breakfast and is conveniently located to highway 25 and shopping as well as parks for hiking and activities in Castlerock. I suggest if you want quiet get a mountain view for more money. I could hear the highway traffic all the time.」

「Welcoming front desk teammates, clean facilities, nice bed. Odd that there was a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher supplies but no dishes.」

「Service of Breakfast and dinner everyday was excellent!」
