「很好的住宿体验」

「I didn’t not stay at this property. I walked in and immediately was hit with a nasty musty smell. I asked the lady at the front desk to see the room I’d be staying in and she would not allow me to see the room unless I completed the full check in process so I walked out. 」

「The property has regular look to it from the outside, but the room is what counts and they seem to have been recently modernized to give you the big hotel look and feel. 」

「The room is not clean with some dirts on the ground and the cornor. There is no sofa so the room is large but a bit too empty. The restroom in separated into 2 small rooms and the wash sink and mirror is not with in the restroom. Also, fire alarm from 12 am to 1 am at midnight on April 12, 2026. 」

「A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley.」

「Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!」

「The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that.」

「No hot water connnection for the bathroom sink was odd. No screens so water bugs fly into the rooms and common areas. 」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
