If you want to sleep, this is not the place to stay. The walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. Even the cleaning staff in the morning cleaning the next room over hitting the wall with the vacuum. Check out time is 11am but the staff will come knocking on your door at 9am to see if you have left so they can start cleaning.

Best customer service! The hotel is one the best hotels in Laredo. The staff service, the cleanliness, the size of the room. Definitely when we come back to Laredo this is the place we will stay. I recommend this place without any hesitation.
