She jumped at every opportunity to make sure we had the BEST experience possible. That continued throughout our visit, enough that we would consider just coming back to Italy to stay there under her care! She got us entry to a difficult to get museum, provided dinner choices and our room was immaculate and we felt like a king and queen. Bravo Alazne and the staff at the Orto de Medici hotel for a royal experience that will make Florence (Firenze) a highlight of our travels forever! Bravisimo!"

"Hotel is in an excellent location near train station and so easy access when we arrived in florence. Has a lot of character and room was good. Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. Very good breakfast and staff were very polite and friendly. I would stay there again. "

Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good every day. Hotel is clean and always felt safe late at night. Walkable to tourist spots and Oltrarno. It was a perfect choice for us! "
