「Enjoyed my stay, had a pleasant experience. Reception team is affable and respectful, communication with them is smooth, and while cheerful and friendly, they stay professional. 「Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative. 」

「ホテルではなくレジデンスで、タオルの交換などはありませんが、最初の日にたくさん用意してくれました。もう1枚ほしいと言うと出してくれました。キッチンのある部屋はバルコニーで洗濯物を干せました。フロントからタクシーを呼んでもらい玄関までつけてもらって乗ると最寄りの大型モールまでは１５００ペソでした。何軒かのホテルが入った地域専用の道路を使っていて、たぶん北側の道からしか入れません。ちょっと買い物に行く位で出かけるなら、守衛さんのいるところまで歩いてから探すか、海外esim ではなく現地でsimを買って現地の電話番号を使いグラブでタクシーを呼ぶと良さそうです。トライシクルは守衛さんのところまでしか来れませんでした。深夜に帰国したので最後の日にまたタクシーを呼びました。深夜でも同じ値段でしたが、チップをあげました。」

「初めて利用しましたが近隣に飲食店が多数あり食べる事には困らないです。ただこの場所から他の場所へ行くのにちょっと大変だと思います。」

「10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.」

「I stayed at this condo for two weeks and had the chance to experience two different rooms. 「Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. 」

"此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。"

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "

宿霧白沙水療度假村

4/10 不太好

"我們被安排在116號房，是1棟很老舊的房子，不清楚隔壁是不是也是飯店，夜晚派對播放音樂到深夜12點，無法入睡。隔音很差，隔壁房的開門關門聲音很大。樓梯像是有青苔一樣，陽台面對當地老舊房子，與訂房時看到的照片不同，擺了兩張陽台椅，完全就是擺設不會有人想要坐在椅子上，房間牆壁破損也不整修。"
