Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for.

I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items in the property were not working properly like the grease trap and the air conditioners were clogged the filters had to be cleaned!!

Absolutely disgusting. A warning beware DO NOT BOOK With these people, you WILL be disappointed I promise you. Booked weeks in advance, tried calling the several times soon arrival in the way from airport, no answer. Got to the place nobody knew anything. Stood outside with taxi for ages, finally someone answered, said they would call back shortly. After waiting with the taxi outside for two hours with no call back we called many times finally another imbibe answered and said even though we had a booking there was no room for us. After waiting for hours had to drive around to look for a place to stay. Absolute pack of Morons who have no regard for travelers. Steer well clear!

飛行機が遅れて、タクシーでホテルへむかう。渋滞がすごくて、やっと着いた。午後4時頃、入口で部屋番号がわからないとは入れないと言われた。サイトの電話番号にかけてみたが、でない。何度も部屋番号がわからないと入れないと言われた。結局、宿泊できなかった。違うホテルへむかう事にした。タクシーがこない。非常に不便な所だ。宿泊できないホテル。
