No beach and we were so disappointed. Pool is dirty. Never got the chance to use. No nearby beach that we can visit. No nearby restaurants. We lived off through Grab food delivery. Food and services in the restaurant was good but the property obviously needs cleaning and update. The carpet in the hallway stink.

It was a good place, and the service was excellent. The vibe is great in the hotel facilities. Sadly, when you go to the pool and the seaside, you will hear the noise from the construction beside the resort.
I'd like to go back again when the construction is done.
There's little I could say about this property, breakfast far from good, room old and need of renovation, steps, steps, steps everywhere, no elevator. Service acceptable. Laundry service very good.
I enjoyed my time at Aozora, however the main problem lay that it is still a new resort and many construction is happening around it. It still needs larger signage for the taxis to see it when approaching and is very hard to get a transport from the hotel.
Aside from all this, the room was beautiful and spacious. air conditioner was strong. Minibar fridge perfect temperature
The pictures shown on the site page was fabulous. I was excited to stay and treat my fiancee to a great experience. When we arrived the staff greeted us with open arms. Sadly that was the only great thing about the place. We couldn't sleep because of construction. The pool even after being cleaned looked like a toilet. I cant continue to complain. I hope anyone reading this review should think twice about the decision.

We are very sorry that we could not satisfy your special trip. Repair work is underway after the 2021 typhoon disaster, but not all is complete yet. Therefore, we apologize for not being able to provide the atmosphere like the photo. The pool will be repaired in June.Regarding the construction noise on the property next door, we have asked them many times not to do construction at night but they have not kept their promise. We are currently consulting with our lawyers to discuss how to deal with this issue. In any case, we believe that it is our responsibility to cherish once-in-a-lifetime encounters with our customers and ensure their satisfaction. Nice little restaurant great food but hotel is total crap. Pool is crap. Very noisy construction next door. Look elsewhere

We have discussed with the construction manager that the construction will be from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. we are sorry to have made you feel uncomfortable.

Well I could tell the first few hours there it was going to be a BAD stay but it took me 2 days being held there because they wouldn’t cancel the reservation without charging me full price for me to realize just how BAD it was going to be SO the positives first breakfast was really good free parking free wifi the staff was kind and friendly NOW for the bad the twin beds were very hard to the point of being uncomfortable the window locks on the window were inoperable so someone could have gotten in our room luckily we were on the second floor so that would have been a little more difficult but just the same what they call hot water is a in line hot water heater that only heats the water sporadically so it just gets hot or warm then it has a cold spot and back and forth the whole time you are showering the pools yes they have two pools should be a positive you would think but they were murky and dirty looked like they were growing mosquito in a pond cloudy looking and then you get to the ocean view which again should be a positive and is maybe if you stay back about 100 yards if you get very close then your view is of a broke down half scraped boat tied to there dock no beach area at all down the steps straight to the ocean Oh and I forgot to mention that the cable television was not working at all while we were there I was told by surrounding villagers that the property is now owned by a Japanese person so it really is not the fault of the employees if things are being ignored

Since the 2021 typhoon damage, we have continued to refurbish the facility, but it is not completely finished yet. However, the things you pointed out are the responsibility of the basic hotel service, so we will respond as soon as possible. We would also like to thank you for your kindness to our staff. I will improve my work as a manager so that they will not be burdened.thank you very much.
Good quality rooms and restaurant over all I would say 7 out of 10 the pool just needs to be cleaned and the hotel just needs to invest in a pool cover minimise the leaves that go into the pool

Please contact Aozora Seaside. I requested for a refund of our 2 nights booking. A guy entered our room at 3am, Oct 30. He stole our money worth 5000 pesos.
We left the hotel at 4:30am in the morning. Checked in Oct 29 at 8pm. We did not continue oir stay there due to the robbery happened.
Very dangerous place to stay. First time in history that our money was stolen. Very very disappointed and bad experience ever!!!!

Staff are friendly, especially staff in the restaurant. However, the swimming pool was very dirty, not good for swimming. Toilet was broken, no flush. There was construction nearby the hotel, very noisy even in the early morning.

Nice large room and balcony overlooking the pool. Good breakfast. Felt cost of airport transport was high compared to getting a taxi. Not much outside the resort in terms of places to eat within walking distance. Hotel restaurant food was good on the whole but we did have one meal that was not which they did agree for us not to pay. Lost water to our room one night and electricity on the day we were checking out. Some building renovations in the room below ours. Good place to stay if you want to go diving and island hopping or just relax by the pool for a few days. Bring googles though a a lot of chemical in the pool. long list of channels for TV but most unavailable.
