We are very sorry that we could not satisfy your special　trip. Repair work is underway after the 2021 typhoon disaster, but not all is complete yet. Therefore, we apologize for not being able to provide the atmosphere like the photo. The pool will be repaired in June.Regarding the construction noise on the property next door, we have asked them many times not to do construction at night but they have not kept their promise. We are currently consulting with our lawyers to discuss how to deal with this issue. In any case, we believe that it is our responsibility to cherish once-in-a-lifetime encounters with our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
