Upon my arrival desk clerk wasn't there I stood and waited for 15 minutes I called the hotel from cell after someone answered I was left on hold, when desk clerk returned did not speak no apologies. Room clean however absolutely no trash cans in entire room, toilet seat was cracked pinched my hinny, parking convenience. No streaming channel availability. I will not be returning.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful, no complaints with them, I know there's only so much they can do. The first room I was in was horrific. Filthy and smelled SO bad. I was going to suck it up and stay in the room anyway, but then found the toilet didn't work. Front desk helped me swap rooms. Second room smelled much better, but was also extremely filthy. This was my second bad experience with this location, I will not be returning.

I only stayed for 1 night for the weekend and it went only well. They kept this place cleaned but not too clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The staffs were nice and they have everything you need for this place! I would recommend it here since it’s cheaper!

Very typical red roof inn. Nothing special but has everything you need, bed was comfy and room was clean. Little highway noise but it’s right off the highway so can’t complain. Friendly staff and only a ten minute drive from MSU. Will be back!
