「I ended up booking this on a lark, and what great fortune it was! The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything...

「Initial meeting at reception was very jolly and helpful. Our room wasn't too far away, but getting a parking space nearby was nigh on impossible. Signage to say you're allowed to drop-off/pick-up would have been appreciated. There was two conferences going on when we arrived, about an hour before the official key collection time, so we had a look around at the facilities, which was what you'd expect with a spa/pool etc. My husband booked to play golf, but gave up after 9 holes as...

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
