It was nice and functional. The best part was that they did not anything over and above the Expedia given rate. The room pictures on Expedia were lovelier than the reality though. The washroom tap had only hot side working and not the cold; nonetheless it was manageable.

Not as grand as the name suggests

The room looks very old and need modernization. Room is very noisy at night time. Amenities are lacking. There is a lot of rooms for improvement. Not worth what we are paying.

otrevlig reception, rummet jag fick var inte städat, blod fläker på säng kläder, torsten var smutsig, inte rengjorts på några dagar säkert. smutsiga hand och baddukar. frukosten var inget vidare. närmaste bra restaurant ligger 10 min.

Hotel need a serious upgrading work

The bathroom is very run down with the water tap almost fall-off. Had to change the room due air-conditioning is not working properly however the new also face the same problem. The entire room lobby is quiet run down and again air-conditioning is not functioning properly.

Disappointing!

Wifi service was almost none existed - No service at all in the room, unless if you were to stand very near the door (tested!). No remote control for the aircon, I had to use the chair to stand and manually switch on/off increased/decreased the temperature.

OK if you're not planning a long trip.

If you're looking for somewhere cheap (ish) to stay and are planning to be out and about for most of the time, this hotel fits the bill. It's crumbly about the edges (though apparently being renovated). It was fairly clean, but don't expect much. The airco in the room was loud and not particularly up to date. OK for a few nights, but definitely not ideal. To be fair that is reflected in their price.

Generally OK except few things

Generally OK except few things as below. 1. Food provided for breakfast is average with very few varieties. 2. The closet in the room is run down. The sliding door of the closet is almost falling apart. 3. On the first day of arrival, noticed the telephone in the room is not working and electric kettle not provided. But appond request to the front desk, the matter was resolved very quickly. Appreciate the hotel staff for quick action. 4. The hotel do not have internet services. Have to look for internet cafe outside.
