「The room and facilities are good. This is also the only hotel providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that i stayed in Austria. The location is convenience but feel a little bit unsafe at night time. 」

「Check in instructions were only in German, not in English - had to translate through my phone which is a bit troublesome. Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking...
