"My stay at Courtesy Inn was really nice. The desk clerk was kind, courteous, and very welcoming. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the room & the bathroom. Our tv wouldn't turn on & the desk clerk came right away. After trying several things to no avail, she called the manager at home who said she'd be there shortly. Meanwhile, the clerk figured out the problem & the tv began working. Their response to the problem showed a commitment to customer satisfaction that I've seldom seen elsewhere. The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of electrical outlets. There was only one between the beds and the lamp & clock took up both plug-ins. We had to unplug both in order to charge our phones. I will absolutely stay there again."

"The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a while and the proximity to the University of Oregon was just great!!!!"

"Staff , hotel, amenities were amazing!! Loved our room very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff from valet to check in to bell hop were incredible!! Only thing I wish they had (rooms are pricey) were better TVs and Netflix or some kind of streaming. Old school tv with cable guide (yes I know first world problems lol)"

"Bathroom sink could be cleaner - I did a better job. Shower floor grout needs refreshing inside and outside. Otherwise very spacious, quiet and fine. Staff was WONDERFUL. WELCOME was also warm and inviting. "
