Service was perfect, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a very busy time at the hotel but I was disappointed that our room was only cleaned and towels changed once during our 4 night stay but overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and the location unbeatable but the hotel is a bit shabby and has no a.c. making it a bit difficult to sleep at first but it seems little to no a.c. is the norm in this area of Germany so its not a big deal, just be aware of this. Front desk can use some basic customer service training and English. I was locked out and threatened to have the police arrest me for owing the hotel money when my reservation had already been paid for. The manager and Expedia had to be called and thankfully the situation got sorted out. Apparently their system was down. Still, the front desk lady was rude and made no effort to understand even when I showed her my receipt with my reservation paid for 2 more days.

Unterkunft ist komplett abgewohnt. Wir haben erst im 6. Anlauf ein Uimmer bekommen. Das erste war ein Raucherzimmer, die anderen bereits durch andere Gäste belegt. Das Personal hat mit Zetteln gearbeitet und den Überblick verloren. An unserem 2. Tag ist jemand von Zimmer zu Zimmer gelaufen um zu schauen welche frei/belegt sind. Bei der angebenenen Klimaanlage handelt es sich um einen Ventilator. Das Zimmer ist komplett abgewohnt. Das Türschloss rausgebrochen, und das Bad dem alter entsprechend komplett verkalkt und abgewohnt. 1 von 2 Badlichtern hat nicht funktioniert. Dementsprechend düster. In unsere beiden Nachbarzimmer wurde eingebrochen oder vandaliert. Die Türen waren kaputt und mit Polizeistickern beklebt. Hat kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen.

Vorweg...die Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind aber modern aufgepeppt worden. Jedoch ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers noch verbesserungsfähig. Das Frühstück war umfangreich....alles da. Die Lage ist optimal, um zu Fuß die Innenstadt und auch die Burg Trausnitz zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren für zwei Tage in Landshut, also eine Übernachtung.

Kontinuität gefragt

Ich kenne das Hotel seit über 30 Jahren. Leider waren in den letzten Jahren häufig Wechsel der Betreiber und das hat dem Hotel nicht gut getan, was sehr schade ist. Die Lage und das Ambiente sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert und geräumig. Auch das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit. Die Mitarbeitenden bemühen sich redlich, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Allerdings merkt man, dass etwas die Leitlinie fehlt. Hoffentlich wird das mit den neuen Betreibern wieder besser.

Bei Ankunft war das Bad nicht gereinigt. Fernseher war defekt. Sanitäreinrichtung ist stark sanierungsbedürftig und leidet unter mangelnder Sauberkeit des Personals. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Hotelbar nicht geöffnet. Rezeption häufig nicht besetzt, in dieser Zeit keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu erwerben. Frühstücksauswahl O.k., aber auch ohne Highlights. Alles in allem genügt dieses Hotel in keinster Weise den Ansprüchen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Einfach nur Katastrophe!

Die Entfernung zur Altstadt ist ziemlich kurz. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Isar-Wasserfall ist das Wassertosen bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut. Wir hatten das Glück, ein renoviertes Zimmer zu bekommen. Es war super ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur schade, dass der neue Eigentümer nach der Insolvenz scheinbar kein Interesse am Fortbestand des großartigen Hotels hat.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Service. Zimmer war auf der anderen Seite vom Wehr, daher recht ruhig. Zimmer gut und praktisch eingerichtet, außer das Klo war nicht gut gereinigt. Abendessen ist möglich, aber recht überschaubar. Das Frühstück war dafür sehr gut und Vielfältig. Hotel ist gut für geschäftliche Reisen.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer und die Wäsche waren sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer blätterte der Anstrich von der Decke. Frühstück für 24 Euro p.P. war es nicht wert, alles war aus und wurde nur schleppend auf Nachfrage mäßig aufgefüllt. Wurst war nur 1 Sorte Geräuchertes vorhanden, sonst nichts. Eier waren hart, Rührei kam spät und sehr trocken usw.
