"Amazing place to stay. Great value for money. Breakfast in the mornings always lovely. Food menu is fantastic would highly recommend the fish and chips and Sunday Dinner. Note the Expedia advert pictures are misleading - the swimming pools and spa are not onsite, 45 min walk / 5 min drive - does state it in the small print. "

"Lorena and Dan were so friendly and helpful. The property is set up on a hill with gorgeous views of Saint Ives. I received a free upgrade and the room was spectacular. Highly recommend. Short walk into town for good restaurants and shopping."

"One night stay for a flying visit. Rooms are quite tired but perfectly functional. Bar was really nice and they were showing the football. Really nice atmosphere in there, lots of holiday makers and food looked good. Breakfast was awesome. Didn't need to eat the rest of the day! A two minute walk to the station."

"The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great and very clean. The views were lovely and the pool looked great although the weather was not conducive to swimming. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. I especially liked the pastries on the buffet and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay."
