「The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.」

「The front doors are the only thing that is wheelchair accessible. There is no automatic buttons for the washroom on the main floor as well. Wheelchairs cannot fit in the pool area. We had a double clean accessible room. The door was the only thing that was accessible. There was no room to move around with a wheelchair with the two queen beds if you’re planning on coming, make sure you’re checking and asking where your Wheelchair will fit, I would only come back to his place in the free voucher...

「Our room was a joining room so we heard through the wall both nights we stayed. The hot tub has no seats in it so you just stand in a fairly small sized hot tub. The breakfast buffet was decent.」

「No bed bugs the room was half decent lots of hair in tub and the front desk lady is so rude!!!! I would never stay there again after dealing with her. She is very condescending and rude!!! Questioned me if I was Canadian m, she could barely speak English, cause she never recognized inuvik nt as a place in Canada I paid she took a hold on my card and instead of releasing the hold she has charged my card. Rude and if it’s t when I phoned back talking to me like I was a child and did not know...

「You get what you pay for. If you're looking here, you have to know you're not getting a high-end hotel, but for the low room rate, I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff and a clean room that has obviously been modernized with fresh paint and new flooring; this did the trick and I would stay again if passing through.」
