「My husband, my 5 years old son and I visited Dubuque and stood at Grand Harbor Hotel and waterpark. We had an amazing time. Price/ quality is just great rooms were very clean, check in very easy ,waterpark area very clean and looked like was newly remodeled perfect for all ages.
