We needed a hotel for one night, family member recommended this one…arrived early, was able to check in…room was very nice, clean. Would stay again… Small issue but not really big deal…please use deep pocket sheets…my husband woke up with the fitted sheet wrapped around his upper body.

I booked a Suite and they gave me a smaller 2 queen bed. They said Expedia over booked them. Makes no sense as i booked weeks in advanced... they charged me for a Suite and said the 2 queen bed they gave me was the same price. Didnt want to argue as my family and I needed to get ready for an event we were in town for. Will not consider staying here in the future or use Expedia for traveling services.

Staff was friendly, facility was clean. Only complaint was that the breakfast started later than I’d like, and it was late when they did finally open.

I was in town for a family member's surgery, and at first entry, I was concerned about staying here because it was so empty, and I know crime in the AV is high. The general condition of the hotel is run down and not clean like you would expect from the Hilton brand. The shower floor was stained and dirty looking, like it isn't regularly cleaned or sanitized. The elevator floor was very dirty and the hotel brand advertisements/decals were peeling from the walls. The front desk staff was nice, though also not projecting the level of professionalism I expect from a Hilton brand hotel. The room was freezing when I got in because the window was open a bit and the cold November wind was blowing in, which makes me wonder if there was smoking/odor in my room prior to my stay. Thankfully, the bed was clean, and the evening was quiet... but I won't be staying here again.

I Will Stay Again
Rebecca checked me out today and Natalie checked me in. They were awesome. Warm welcomes and great customer service. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice for a quick bite before leaving. I felt safe.

Extra Charges After Checkout
Indoor pool was great. Breakfast food options were great. We always love the Vanilla waffle batter to make our own Belgian Waffles. When we checked in, the staff was kind and friendly and conversational with both my child and I. Double Queen room was nice and clean. Comfortable. The biggest issue was that due to the hotels guest Wi-Fi settings, we weren't able to use our Google Home Mini to be able to watch movies all night like we had planned, so it ended up being a bit of a ruined night. The hotel's cable selection was only about 40 channels or so. Day after check out I received a $15 charge. When I called to find out why, I was told it was for parking. You would have thought that when I checked in they would have given a parking permit or taken my vehicle information and informed me of the charge. It even at checkout. If they had, they would have known that I didn't park on the property, I don't even have a vehicle. We used Lyft. I have a Lyft receipt and I have called the property numerous times, only to be met with an unanswered phone 75% of the time, and when the phone is answered, there isn't a manager available to speak with. It's been 2wks now. It may only be $15 but it's the principle. It is not ok to just take money from someone's account and charge them for services they didn't receive and then not answer the phone or chronically be unavailable. That is not ok.

Being alongside a highway was a little noisy but not too bad. Food choices in the area were not great. Room and bed were very clean and well appointed. Didn’t know they didn’t change out the towels daily or that it was $15/night to park until they charged my card. Breakfast was good.

Great Stay
The customer service was outstanding. I was stay in hotel because it was the closest to the hospital where my daughter had loss my first grandchild in childbirth. And was also fighting for her own life. Peter, Brittany and Veronica were very supportive getting us a room. We had accidentally made a reservation at comfort inn, who was absolutely horrible. When we realized that we made a reservation with them we asked for a refund and they absolutely refuse. We then said OK will stay for one night and go over to the Hampton Inn tomorrow we ended up leaving that same night because they had roaches in the bed. We left middle of the night and got to your hotel around midnight. Peter was very helpful making sure we were comfortable and that we got a room. In the morning when we got up to go to the hospital to see my daughter, we didn’t know that the breakfast closed at nine but Brittany, made sure we got some breakfast so that we can go on with our day. Which turned out to be one the worst days of my life. So please give the praise they deserve.
