在hotel.com訂房的保障呢？

「The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you.」

「Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service reflected a high standard of hospitality. The team deserves recognition for making guests feel valued and well cared for.」

「breakfast could be better」

「Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop.」

「Not much choice for the breakfast and the quality is not good , the road condition outside was quite terrible, distance far from D mall and the shuttle schedule every hour for support only 10 seats was not enough, wifi was too slow」
