Happy Stay at the Rosemount!
We had a wonderful stay with Leslie and John who are most friendly. Breakfast made to order tasty with all accompaniments served with friendly light conversation. The breads and scones are homemade deliciously. Experience was outstanding and the Rosemount is highly recommended!

This place was absolutely immaculate,,the owners were very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding,,we had an overnight as a couple and can't fault this place whatsoever.

Really tasteful decor, run by a lovely couple who had put a huge amount of thought into what makes a great place to put your head down with superb breakfast choices to set you up for the day. Pair of great cooks. Very kind allowing me late arrival due to long drive through storms. Will stay again to explore the area as very well positioned.

lovely room, lovely hosts. When next in the area, I will stay here again. Breakfast was great, and there is a really nice restaurant 'the tavern' 2 minute walk down the road.

One of the better ones of which there are few!
Very homely but modern stay with extremely comfortable and beautiful surroundings. Made working away from home a pleasure. Easily the best breakfast I’ve had. Hosts were so very accommodating to my needs.

Lanark stay for wedding
Beautiful stay at Rosemount B&B. Room was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The selection of teas and coffee was a pleasant surprise along with the tablet! The owners were friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and happily come again.

WOW ! An absolute gem.Excellent.Amazing hosts.
Met by lovely hosts John and Lesley upon arrival. Made to feel very welcome and advised of local eateries. The accommodations consisted of two side by side studios en suite at the rear of the residential property. Plenty of parking available. The studio we stayed in was absolutely lovely with comfortable bed, tv and sound speaker , plenty of space with tea & coffee available. The attention to detail was amazing, ice bucket and flower vase added to our room without request. All furnishing and finishes top class and the room was spotless, warm and cozy. Bathroom with walk in wet room, amenities, and under floor heating . Wonderful during a Scottish winter. Breakfast is devine an absolute delight. John loves to show off his excellent cooking skills they are a wonderful start to the day. The B& B is on the main st, centrally located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Local Unesco world heritage sight just ten minutes away.

Upmarket B&B in Lanark
Very High Standard room with wet room and under floor heating. Breakfast was top class. Definitely stop there again if in the area again.

We liked the idea that the tv had Netflix. The en-suite has underfloor heating, nice touch! Breakfast were lovely and plentiful too.

Excellent 5 star accomodation
Lesley and John were the most welcoming of hosts especially on a late wintry evening when we ha been driving for most of the day. The accomodation is extremely well appointed and is seperate from the main house across a paved courtyard. Our room was warm, cosy and very comfortable and we had a excellent shower. Breakfast - a great Scottish one - can be pre-ordered and was ready at our specified time and served in the Coach House (also across the courtyard). We could chat to Lesley & John as they supplied us with coffee etc but they were alos happy to leave us to our own devices. An exceelent stay all round and one we hope to repeat in the summer for longer.

Home from Home
If you're a business traveller, and fancy a change from large corporate hotels, this small B&B gives you a quieter, relaxed and homely feel. There are two small and cosy rooms in a separate building behind the main house. The decor and fittings are a lovely and tasteful blend of modern & country cottage. Practically, if you like to spread out, there isn't much shelf/storage space, however if you are like me and live out of your suitcase anyway, it doesn't really matter. There is a cupboard with shelves, two small bedside shelves and a small window sill in the bathroom. There is a tiled walk in shower with a heated bathroom floor. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, refreshing after a long trip. By far, the best breakfast in Lanark. The location is a short walk to the main grocery store, shops and restaurants.

Einfach Toll
Es ist einfach toll. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Super nette Gastgeber, das Frühstück phantastisch. Und Familie Walker hat eine Garten der seines gleiche sucht. Und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Trips in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen wieder. Ach und für die Deutschen Gäste man kann sich mit seinem eigenen Zugang zu Prime in den Smart TV einloggen.
