「Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. We left out for an excursion in the morning and upon returning the lock was still not working. We were told we can leave out for the rest of the day but if we...

「The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!」
