"From what I can see from previous reviews the check in process has improved, there were helpful staff at desk to help us "self check-in". There is no cafe/ restaurant at this hotel (breakfast is a voucher for the cafe down the road). There are no blankets on the bed only sheets (I know Darwin is hot but with the air con blasting it would be nice to have a light blanket). There is no hair dryer in bathroom. Massive red stain on carpet in room bit of an eye sore. Felt a bit over priced for what it was."

"Great little van Park with appropriate amenities, stayed here before and will be back. Only complaint and no fault of Big4 is Hotels.com dont pass along contact details so Big4 cant confirm arrival times or even if they have the room available despite a confirmation saying it is booked etc."

"The view from our apartment was outstanding. Room layout good as well. The free breakfast was ok - very basic, but you could upgrade by paying extra. Great location - easy to walk to the Waterfront or to catch the Hop on Hop off bus."
