"Beautiful property, with spacious rooms, very modern architecture, and amazingly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me. The location is next to the river and outside Asuncion; so this is certainly more of a stay-in resort. Getting to downtown takes 40-45 minutes."

"Llegué al alojamiento y me informaron que no funciona el aire acondicionado de mi habitación y que me podían cambiar a otra que era mas pequeña. Y me informan en ese instante que la piscina no podría utilizarse por un evento privado . Todo mal. Mala atención en avisar en el día que llegue al local. Decepcionada. Cancele la reserva "

"Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful hotel with a beautiful grounds and atmosphere. Breakfast is lousy though and restaurant food is so so, but overall place is very nice, historic and atmospheric"

"Clean room, nice breakfast, gym came in handy, awesome view with a pool and bar on the rooftop, convenient walking to nearby restaurants and bars."

"Everything was great and staff were helpful - there was a large language barrier which made a things a little harder than it needed to be but overall a great option for accommodation in Asuncion!"

"Staff friendly Breakfast was great and fresh"

"Great place for solo travelers, great price that doesn't change. I highly recommend."

"Nicest place I've stayed in Paraguay."

"Good place to stay"

"Would stay there again. Close enough to both malls/shopping centers/ restaurants"

"Great hotel, great service, great location. Spacious apartment-style room, lots of space, great breakfast, centric in town. They arrange taxi service to and from the airport since I was arriving and leaving at wee-hours of the morning. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will recommend to others planning on visiting Asuncion."

"An absolute gem of a property. Boutique property, roof top pool, outstanding hospitality, located in a great neighborhood."

"Friendly staff, comfortable (air conditioning), good breakfast, location convenient."

"The owners were very nice. The only one thing I didn’t love was that the bathroom wasn’t very clean. I’m guessing it’s because it was a shared bathroom between two rooms. (I didn’t notice that when I booked it). The room was small but nice. Everything looked new. A nice and cheap place. I would definitely stay again."

"Very friendly front desk staff. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. The room are basic but I am not staying in my room most of time, I am out about exploring Asuncion. Good Location and hot shower and free breakfast and I would highly recommend !"
