「My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action...

「日本人の感覚からするとまだまだ足りない点は多々ありますが、清掃は行き届いていたし、スタッフがとて親切でした。　困った時　相談すると、翻訳機を使ったりして、本当に親身になって助けてくれました。帰る日も、殺人事件か何かで、タクシーが迎えに来れなくなった時も、Shubhamさんがリクシャを乗り継ぐ方法を教えてくれ、乗り継ぎ場まで連れて行ってくれるリクシャに状況を説明してくれました。その間、長い距離、私の荷物を持ってもくれ、お蔭様で何とかギリギリで　予定の列車に乗る事が出来ました。感謝感激、素晴らしい宿でした。それから、このホテルは少し上の方にあり、広い屋上があります。私はここで星の撮影をしたり、明け方、美しい景色の中でヨガをしたりしましたが、この位置と屋上が、私にとっては魅力的でこのホテルを選んだ最大の理由です。尚、朝食付きとありますが、朝フロントに行き、何を食べたいかいうとケータリングで出してくれる方式です。とにかく、ホテルの人に何でも聞いたり相談してみて下さい。きっとこの宿の良さがわかるかと思います。」

「Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place.
