「Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead.」

「The room wasn't cleaned properly; the floor was dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the duvet cover didn't look clean. I had to ask for a better cleaning. However, the hotel was in a good location and bed was comfortable.」
