「excellent food options nearby and fully stocked kitchen-fridge is outside your door- Slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Has comfortable beds, stayed here twice with increasingly nosy strange neighbors that don't appear happy their neighbor is a B&B - overall vibe "invasive".

「I called ahead asking about early check in at 3:30. Check in is at 4. Whoever we spoke to on the phone said that was okay. If we came earlier, it would be a 30$ cash only charge. We arrive at 3:27 and the front desk staff said no early check in at all and said earliest he could do was 3:45 and a 30$ fee. Mind you, the place was completely empty.
