「Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.」

「When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!」

「I would have loved this place if it were ready to be open for business. There was no restaurant, bar or food without leaving the building. They didn't have room service without a 24 hour notice, but they don't tell you that when checking in. The parking was probably the best part about it all, so nice to have affordable and easy self pay parking and valet as an option. If you want a full service establishment, this is definitely not it. It should be good to go in a month or two.」
