"There were no amenties in the room. Not even a coffee maker. Small sign that i saw in the morning that said you needed to get it from the front desk. Too late. The remote didnt work and had extreme difficult in switching the tub to shower. Only got it half way. Clean but very shabby. Obvious that NO MONEY is going back to structural upkeep. One luggage handler i saw was broken."

"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

Staff at evening check in could be better and the elevators were down and they had been for some time, as the paper on the elevator had bent corners. My wife has issues going up and down stairs, so I started to ask if they had any first floor rooms, but before I could get my comment out, all I got from the agent was "we are completely sold out.""

"The whole hotel looks dingy and dilapidated. My entire floor smelled like weed. Staff is nice but rather vague and didn’t give great instructions for someone who had never been there before. I had to ask about the restaurant, the shuttle, etc. No information was volunteered. My room wasn’t very clean: chunks of grout had fallen out onto the floor, the room looked like it hadn’t be vacuumed, hairs that were not mine on the towels, etc. Also, there is no microwave in the room, and there is no safe. I expected better from a Marriott, and this does not encourage me to stay at another Marriott in the future."
