"The Hotel Mövenpick at the airport in Zurich was excellent. They have a free shuttle that brings you to and from the airport. The rooms are very large and elegantly appointed, and comfortable for a stay. The cozy restaurant in the Swiss country style was a total disappointment; the food they served was mediocre at best and very expensive. So, eating dinner in the city would be my recommendation."

"The staff was amazing from start to finish. The two people at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the breakfast attendant was just as wonderful and attentive. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was beautiful and made my birthday trip feel even more special. Everyone I interacted with made me feel genuinely welcomed. Great service, hospitality, and an overall wonderful stay!"

"The hotel was good, clean, well maintained and the staff were very helpful. Ideally located with the tram stops of Letzigrund and Albisriederplatz only a short walk away with the Migros convenience store also handily nearby. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was excellent and the hotel also has a restaurant which after we got over the shock of the prices in Zurich, became our go to for dinner with a good menu and attentive staff who looked after us very well. We did have a problem with the toilet in our room which kept running after it had been flushed but after reporting it to reception it was promptly fixed and wasn't really a huge problem. Upon check-in, the front desk deducted a 50 CHF security fee per night which I was refunded when checking out and it might be worthwhile to bear that in mind if you are travelling on a budget. Overall the Crowne Plaza is an excellent hotel, in a quiet area of Zurich and I would have no hesitation in staying there again."
