2/10 Terrible

"After checking in, went to room and couldn’t believe this place was even posted on your sight. Looked like a crack house. Old and dirty. You should be ashamed for even posting. Did not stay requested a reimbursement to card. Haven’t gotten it yet. I will be putting my credit card people on it. Will not pay!!!"

"This was the best experience at a hotel that I've had in a long time. Paige was proactive in making sure I would be there before the front office closed so that I would have instructions for checking in after hours. I checked in at the regular time and I could not get hot water in the shower, and Paige came right over to my room and fixed the issue immediately. also, upon check-in, there was a very sweet personalized note welcoming me to the hotel. That was such a sweet touch and I've never seen that before even at very expensive hotels. The room was immaculate and very quiet at night, and the pool area was really cute. In the morning, Miguel greeted me when I was checking out to make sure that everything was good and he solicited feedback on what they could do better, but I honestly didn't have any. Paige and Miguel both take a lot of pride in this property and it shows. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town!"

"The office was smelly and unorganized. The staff was very nice. The motel could benefit from a very much needed renovation. My room was huge the bathroom was almost as big as the room. microwave would not open not unless you unplugged it after putting your food in for however many minutes and needed it to be in there. there were stains in the sheets which I also told the office lady about that before I even went in my room and said I needed fresh sheets but she said there was fresh sheets on the bed but obviously it wasn't and I took pictures. I can't really complain too much because you get what you pay for. I only paid $86.06 and total for the room but it just was not up to my standard because I like quality. this was not it but it was only for one night. one thing I was appreciative of is that there were no bugs."
