「Bed bugs was found in my room. All they did was change my room and give me 5.00 in quarters. Then there dryer put lint all over my clothes. Sadly I won’t stay at this location again. 」

「The room looked nice at first, but it was not very clean. This is our second Time staying here due to the wastewater convention that occurs here in Waco and the convention center. The inside of the microwave door had food left from a previous guest, and the shower floor was very dirty. There was hair everywhere—on the tables, pillows, and beds—and some of the towels and a pillowcase had stains. 「Room was clean. Bedding was not put on correctly and a little torn. Pillows were not good. King size room was small, but fine for 2 people. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There is plenty of shopping in the area and places to eat. Newk's Eatery was very good.」

「After a long day of traveling, was ready to shower and go to bed. We arrived after the office was closed. Went to our room and everything appeared to be in great condition and clean at first glance. Pulled the covers back and it was very obvious the sheets had BOT been changed. A perfect body and butt print was in the sheets and they were wrinkled and obviously slept in. Pillows had dirt and what appeared to be makeup or oil on them. Floors were FILTHY!!! Brought the issue up to the on site host...
