Room was overall good. Wasnt loud at all considering we had neighbors on both sides. Bathroom was small but fine for the weekend. The water temperature and pressure was great. Bed was comfy. Maybe invest in more modern tv and channels. Other than that my only complaint would be the corners of the room have clearly never been vaccumed. But everything else was perfect. We appreciated the free breakfast, definitely better than other hotel breakfasts.

LOVE the Cottage Inn!

Absolutely love this place and will be back! It is adorable and the perfect location to walk to the lake (literally steps behind your cabin), to Fire Sign Cafe for breakfast, West Shore market for lunch sandwiches, Sunnyside for dinner, Shadyside for drinks, you name it! Very walkable, perfect location and excellent cottage with the sweetest people running it. 10/10

Terrific cottages. They're small, but serve their purpose. It would be hard to stay for an extended period of time. The staff was terrific; breakfast was outstanding and something we looked forward to every morning. Just a short 50-yard walk to the shore of Lake Tahoe--what a beautiful spot. My only complaint of the entire experience was traffic noise which was very noticeable in the compound common area (we couldn't hear the traffic from our cottage), but I don't know what you do about that. It was the 4th of July for our stay, so the street were busy. I'm assuming most spots near the lake are going to have traffic noise because the street is pretty close to the lake the entire way around.
