Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff member. He was very thorough describing the property and amenities. The room was clean and well maintained. Lots of parking spots that could accommodate large SUVs and compact cars alike. Very comfortable bed too. We will be returning.

This hotel is super convenient location wise! Room/Bathroom clean. It was a little sketchy to have to need a total of 3 locks on the door but I guess it’s helpful for safety. They really need to upgrade their beds. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable and was super creaky. It made the loudest creaky crunch sound just sitting on it let alone laying down or shifting around in the middle of the night which was kept waking me up. Over all not a “bad stay” for the price but I think there are better stays for a little more.

Clean room but very dated, I believe it is due to be updated but unsure when this will be. Motel style with 2-3 floors and no lift. Great location for South Lake Tahoe. The front door would sometimes swing open.

The staff, at all shifts, were professional and very welcoming. Very friendly and greeted you with a smile. The property was well kept and in a prime location to restaurants, entertainment and casinos- all within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not get to enjoy the pool, but it was clean. The property offers a convenient breakfast buffet for $20/person (I believe), but we didn’t try it. Overall, an excellent stay.

Room was clean, and the hotel has a great location. The only thing is that when I tried to contact the office they were not available - not even by phone. Office was empty when I had to check out, so I was not able to ask some questions, or when I had or make some requests.
