"we spent a week here and had a fabulous time with our room, breakfast, the pool, and hot tub. i think our only real concern was that our room wasn’t being cleaned and/or stocked with towels everyday. we spoke to someone at front desk about this and they quickly resolved the towel issue, however our bed sheets still weren’t being changed and the floor was never swept/vacuumed. the breakfast was good with eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage, cereals, oatmeal, selection of breads, juice, coffee and other breakfast items. some days things were burnt/overcooked/not replenished, but a better deal than staying anywhere else not including breakfast or buying breakfast every morning. the reception staff was amazing, but housekeepers and dietary staff were not so pleasant."
