「We booked a King Suite. We loved the high-ceilings in the room and having the mini kitchenette was really wonderful. We wish the hotel would invest in adding a hand-held shower since the rain shower didn't really work for us. However, the many amenities were awesome. 「This hotel is very nice. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint though was the cleaning staff. Checkout time is 11am but staffed started knocking on the door at 10:45, 10:50 and 10:55. Each time we told them we were going to be checking out at 11:00, which is exactly what time we left the room. This was very aggravating and rude.」
