"First room was not cleaned when we got there, but the staff was pleasant and put us into another room which was good. The location is in a very sketchy area and there was an actual lockdown of the hotel in the morning we left because of a shooting directly across the street. "

"Staff was nice. I was trying to get a long term 8 nights rate but staff was really not motivated to assist. Manager was not available. I checked in at 9ish pm, was given a room which has heater making loud noises. I was offered to move to another room but I was too tired to move. The bath room toilet was not cleaned at all. I end up getting a cheaper longterm rate at Fairfield by Marriot near by. "

"The room was amazing and the hotel is so nice! We came to town for a concert and they were so helpful is working with us with check in and check out! Highly recommend this hotel for all stays!"

"Hotel was clean but very busy that specific weekend. Everything was fine except for the AC in the room doesn’t cool well. We heard other people making the same complaints."
