「The room was very clean with updated decor and paint. The lobby was nicely maintained. The elevator had an odor (the one that worked). Pool was very clean. Location was the best part. The hotel is part of a community that includes restaurants, entertainment, and you are 5 minutes from and very clean beach.」

「Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful」

Por lo que tuve que ir a otros lugares a cargar mi vehículo por seis días y eso me representó pérdida de tiempo y de casi 200 USD en cargas」

「Everything was great we’d hoped to have changed rooms but being third party we couldn’t. The pool was great as well as Breakfast and we were 12 mins from the new Universal and check out at 12 was awesome. When we arrived the AC was super cold already which was perfect for the Texas heat.」

「The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future.」

「When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again.」

「Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast.」
