"Dear Hotel Manager,
I hope you are well.
I am writing to follow up regarding a lost item from my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on March 7 and checked out on March 8. Unfortunately, I realized that I may have accidentally left my wedding ring on the left bedside table, in front of the clock, in the room.
I called the hotel on Monday to report the situation and to check if the housekeeping team might have found it. However, I have not yet received any response, so I am writing to kindly follow up.
I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The ring has great sentimental value to me, so I would be very grateful if you could kindly check with the housekeeping team and let me know if it has been found.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I truly appreciate any help you can provide and look forward to hearing from you."

"The hotel is two minutes from Hwy11 and one minute from major stores. The downtown of Bracebridge is a short ride down the road. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean.
